At least you can call him out on it. We have a guy who might be mildly retarded. When he starts saying weird, inappropriate shite we all feel compelled to humor him. I'm 99% positive that he is the product of various ADA regulations that have gotten him into college, law school, and then various opportunities for work. There is literally no way this guy could have successfully interviewed for any position outside of fast food, even the unpaid internship that everyone in the office has.

you work retail.... surely it cant be too serious. warn him that if he keeps it up he may lose one of his 15 minute breaks

Had a guy do that, accept he sent it to the printer in his female boss's office in a different city. Lulz were had once everyone figured out why porn was randomly printing itself out but, yeah, he was fired.
