Ole Miss gave up 35 to Vandy with one player, and 23 to Little McCoy.
Lulz if you think State would have done better.
Yes, they would have. State has a better defense than Ole Miss. Not saying if we win them (probably not with TR), but we would not have given up as many points.
Does Ole Miss have a realistic shot... I think they do. Ole Miss O can put up the points as well. Bama's secondary is suspect and if that O plays another Colorado State outing it will be a long afternoon for the Tide. Bama definitely won't cover.

Stars will have to be aligned.

Where's the Vandy hate coming from? I realize they had a poor display last week against UMass but their game with Ole Miss went down to the wire (as it was supposed to) and they fought back and put themselves in a position to come back on a USC team that they were dogs to.
Granted, I feel like their season is about to take a huge tailspin because of the toxic environment created by the scandal, but them being 2-2 thus far shouldn't really surprise anyone.

Personally, I believe that Ole Miss wins this game. I picked Ole Miss in the Hunger Games (not the movie, and if you have to ask, just visit the UGA board) and I really believe that the rebels ( I don't subscribe to calling them black bears, sorry, that's just a ludicrous name) will surprise the Tide. Ole Miss is way better that the Miss St team that was undefeated last year through 6 games. Ole Miss gonna be a juggernaut in the West before it's over. Go Rebs!

Word up, homie. Where's Brian?

We have a realistic shot yes. We just can't lose the turnover battle or it'll be like last year.

We've actually had a pretty good run of it lately. Two out of three years playing on New Year's Day, baseball national championship series/Omaha, etc. You should probably wait on the laughter until you guys actually do something besides beat a 5-7 Vandy team.

Sure, Ole Miss has a shot. This years Bama team is not great on the offensive line, and less than stellar at corner too. That's an exploitable weakness on both sides of the ball.
Bama is more beatable this year than they were the last 2 years, anyway.

Well we are going to beat y'all so that's bookends of beating 5-7 teams

It's going to be ugly on here if y'all don't.

Win the turnover battle and you can win the game

With both teams playing their best games, Bama probably wins by 10 or so
LOLZ. If Alabama plays their best game Ole Miss wouldn't be able to stay within 3 TDs no matter how well they play.
