To me this is the most interesting game this weekend.
It is time to evaluate LSU's defense. Gus is good, Auburn looks very improved. Let's see what these units can do against each other.

That's a tricky line. I do think LSU will win the game, but our defense is young and Malzahn is a good offensive coach. I wouldn't be surprised if Auburn can score enough to keep it closer than that. On the other hand, we've handled Auburn pretty convincingly the last two times in Tiger Stadium, and this will be a night game. Also, I suspect we'll be motivated for our SEC opener. That's what makes this tricky. We might just explode on Auburn and win by 28, but could just as easily have trouble containing their offense and win by half of that or less. The only thing that would really surprise me in this game is a straight up win for Auburn.

I hope you are right....although if LSU shuts Aubie down I fully expect people to be in here saying that Auburn's offense sucks worse that Kent St and UAB
Regardless this should be a high focus game for our defense (assuming the talking heads were right and UAB and Kent St. games weren't high focus).....hopefully we look the part.

i know you're trolling, but our crap offense scored 10 last year, and LSU's defense isn't as good as last year's group (at least not yet).
i have doubts we break 20 though.
if someone put a gun to my head, I'd take LSU getting 16.5... but in reality, I wouldn't touch this line.

AU's young QB will have big problems in Tiger Stadium. Kids only been in CFB 5 weeks according to TV announcers. Guessing AU will keep the offense pretty simple.
