LSU won the BCSNC in 2007 with 2 losses.

Bama was allowed to play in an unprecedented BCSNC game rematch in 2011 and backed into another one in 2012.

These teams benefitted greatly from ESPN propping themselves up when they couldn't stand up on their own.

What happens when a 2-loss A&M team has to play in the Cotton Bowl?

What happens when Ohio State and Auburn are both sitting at 11-1? Will ESPN push for Auburn like they did for Bama and LSU and help them leapfrog Ohio State? We all know they won't.

How do we level the playing field?

Probably never. You see, we're kind of a big deal.

How'd those NCGs end up? Did the better team win?

@ #17 Kentucky L 37–43 3OT
Arkansas (Battle for the Boot) L 48–50 3OT

Both went to triple OT's and both teams were good that year. Throw in the Va Tech OOC destruction and the SEC CCG win over the Vols and I am not sure ESPN really had to help the Tigers.

However, I can send some helicopters if it makes you happy.

Who should have played last year? The poles and BCS said Alabama. How is that backing in? Did they jump teams? Or did the teams ahead of Alabama get beat in the final weeks of the regular season? Same goes for LSU in 2007.

It sucked for Auburn in the 2004 game. But should they have jumped the two teams ahead of them without them losing?

And could it be that LSU and Alabama has earned the respect they get. Both of these schools went through a lot to get where they are now. Alabama was a joke on espn for years. And LSU was a forgotten team.

If this is just a flame, go die. But if you are looking for an answer, think about it.

The people at ESPN are currently working their collective asses off to let an 8...no, wait, 6...no, that's not it...ah, yes, the Greatest of BCS Era 3 loss Cutcliffe Ole Miss team that lost to Memphis (as well as the actual one loss BCS winner, LSU) into the title game.

This is silly. With the exception of 04 Auburn, not a single deserving SEC team has been left out of the title game, and that was the year when two other traditional powerhouses were also undefeated (plus Utah and Boise State, iirc.) And it was the computers that really killed Auburn, placing OU above USC because computers still operate on the GIGO principle. When another SEC program does the job, it'll get in the title game. Florida did. Auburn did on 2010. UT did in the very first BCSNCG. Had UGA beat Bama last year, they would have been in.

What a whiny topic this is.

Ole Miss will never see only 2 or less losses, so this something the Klan's team will never have to worry about.

And they beat the living shite out of OSU, proving their worth.
