Umm...one of these is annual.
Wasn't really the point.
UGA has had the easier schedule of the SEC East since 2010, and 2014 will be UF's best team since Tebow left.
Just a little pissed that their 2 West opponents will be in down time next year, while ours will be Top 5

You played the 2 worst UF teams in recent memory in that stretch too.
2014 will be different.

well this should end the bitching since they were actually placed on your schedule. Yall just played them two or three years ago.
Nothing will "make up" for Bama's golden ticket to the SEC title game by playing 4 chumps while LSU played 4 top cross divionsional opponents in 2012-2013.
There was nothing rotational about it.
And it's not as if LSU now has the upper hand, it's only that in 2014 the cross-divisional opponents are balanced.

At least Bama got UF at home right?
And for all this tradition talk. LSU last played on thanksgiving in 73 and only other time was in 42. So dont give me that "LSU doesnt understand tradition" bullshite

There actually was. It followed the same pattern as the previous schedule had. It was only broken by giving the two newbie teams the most marquee cross-divisional home game (Mizzou v Alabama, A&M v Florida) they could in their opening game.
ETA: meant opening year, not opening game obviously.

Missouri opened against UGA at home, not Bama.
NM: You meant Cross-Divisional opponent.

Oh I know. But it's always such a big deal and so unfair for LSU because Florida is always so awesome.

SEC couldn't bring themselves to send Bama on the fricking road.

Nope. Now it's at least "even" but it will never ben unbalanced against Alabama. But yet somehow we're supposed to believe we're the ones with the problem

I think 8-4 is the floor, 9-3 likely, with 11-1 possible, too. 2014 could be a good year for AU.

Oh and don't dare be an LSU fan arguing for LSU's interests or they will just deflect the issue and launch into personal attacks against you

it's not that we play Florida, it's that you play the absolute dregs from the East while we get Florida AND another top east team like USCe last year or UGA this year.

You're doing a great job knighting for LSU on an LSU site

Road games were already set by who we're playing at home this year. We'll be at LSU, at Ole Miss, at Arky, and at Tennessee because we play all of them at home this year. It's not rocket science. If they wanted to send us to Florida (even though the last time we played them, it was at Florida in 2011) we would've had to play a team at home two straight years.
