Will this be a similar beatdown like Michigan last year?

One is a starter (manning) and Vandyke the Hokies starting LB just got a seperated shoulder last night

Manning was slated to start in the absence of injured Exum, but Manning was already the #2 guy in that CB spot. So now they're down to their #3 guy, or shifting players around to try and fix it.

That's not good for them.

I actually thought this could be a game up until a couple of weeks ago. Looking rather ugly now.

The game will be a blowout unless the first stringers come down with the flu

This will be an absolute on-field raping. It was going to be anyway, VT starts poorly every year as it is.

tech is always slow out of the gate. add to that they havent' been good in about a decade and yes it should be a blowout. may not be the kind of game bama needs. i just don't see tech challenging in any aspect of the game. their coach, who is forgettable, shot his wad long ago and should have hung up his spikes shortly after the new milenium.

It was never NOT going to be a beatdown.

It was going to be a beatdown regardless. VT might not score.

Yes, especially considering who their QB and OC are.
