You want so so bad for hill to be gone. Its funny. Heres a hint. That judge who they file with is the same one who added the curfew. Do you really think that she is going to change the curfew to jail time? For one punch?
The evidence hasnt changed from when she imposed the curfew.

You dumb fricking gump. He was 18 and had sex with a girl that was 16. I guarantee majority of the guys on here would have done the same thing. Hell I'm engaged to a girl that I started dating when I was 18 and she was 17.
One problem with that; the girl was 14 not 16

I think a game or two suspension would be fair
I think that's what we will see. Les has to sit him at least one game

The evidence hasnt changed, but he also hadnt violated his probation at that point. We will see what happens now that he has been violated.
And I really dont care if he is there or gone. Im just enjoying my afternoon. Not like yall dont have anyone behind him.

At the time of the bar fight, Hill had been on probation for a December 2010 incident in which he engaged in a sexual act with a 14-year-old girl in the Redemptorist High School’s locker room. He pleaded guilty in January 2012 to misdemeanor carnal knowledge of a juvenile in that case and was given a six-month suspended jail sentence.

It doesn't really matter. It was a crime either way I just thought I read she was 15.

four programs are in double figures, led by newcomer Missouri with 18, not counting two coaches' arrest for DWI
Sigh. One that is responsible for 3 arrests, I think, is off the team. There were 5 arrests in 1 incident where a kid had pot in his car. All of those were pled down, since possession of a personal amount is barely a misdemeanor here, and you don't even have to go to court for it.
One of our coaches was arrested for DUI while he as sitting in his car in a parking lot, with the AC running since it was 97 degrees outside, while he was waiting for a cab. Seriously. A bunch of them had gone to the lake and left their cars at the ATC. When they came back, he decided he shouldn't drive and called a cab. Then turned his car on to have AC while he waited. Cab showed up while the cop was there. That was BS and I think it was eventually thrown out.
When Mizzou goes, it goes Jumbo! But still...thugPOS, right? Hey, at least they're getting good grades!

I was laughing because that's one of the greatest sentences I've ever read in the English language.

Let me ask you a question. Did Alabama pull the scholarship offer of Hill when he got in trouble in high school?
I sure can remember Alabama recruiting the shite out of this "thug"

LOL. Alabama and Saban are chock full of integrity. Remember that 1 game suspension for DJ Hall back in 07? St. Saban reversed course and he started the 2nd half of the game which was tied at 14.

Would be nice to go into a football season with out any distractions. This is freaking 3 years in a row now that we have distractions leading up to the football season.

I also got to read the words "Missouri leads the SEC." That's a rare treat.

Flashback:
That's the mugshot of one, Courtney Upshaw after he was arrested on charges of 3rd degree domestic battery. Guess who didn't face any suspension and played 2 weeks later in the season opener against #7 Virginia Tech. Courtney "I may have a woman's name but I'll still slap a bitch" Upshaw. Beacons of morality in Tuscaloosa Alabama.
