so thats what the people who wrote the article think. what does the rant think?
SIAP i went back to page 8 and didnt see anything
quote:
Jon Cooper, lead writer and editor Saturday Down South, (@JonSDS) Texas A&M should finish first or second in the West, depending largely on the outcome of the Alabama game. The Aggies should score 40 points or more per game, and the schedule sets up nearly perfect, with just two preseason ranked teams. Obviously losing five front seven starters on defense is a major concern, but anytime teams score the way Texas A&M does, they will always be in the game. The weak schedule alone screams more wins, and add in Johnny Manziel and an electrifying offense, and it makes it even tougher to bet against the Aggies.
quote:
David Fox (@DavidFox615) Texas A&M has a much greater chance of matching last season’s 6-2 record in the SEC while I would be surprised to see LSU match last year’s performance in the conference.
quote:
Braden Gall (@BradenGall) I don’t think this debate is even close. Texas A&M will finish ahead of LSU and could challenge for an SEC West title while the Bayou Bengals could lose as many as four games.
quote:
Josh Ward, MrSEC.com, (@Josh_Ward) Texas A&M’s depth of talent on offense and less-challenging conference schedule should help the Aggies finish higher than LSU in the SEC West.
quote:
Steven Lassan (@AthlonSteven) Despite question marks about the defense and the loss of left tackle Luke Joeckel to the NFL Draft, I like Texas A&M to finish ahead of LSU in the SEC West
quote:
Mark Ross . Last I checked, the man largely responsible for that impressive victory is still playing quarterback for A&M. Johnny Football may not win the Heisman again, but I expect him to lead the charge as the Aggies show for a second straight season they belong in the SEC by finishing ahead of the Tigers.

I mean with JFF coming back I don't see why anyone would pick otherwise. Doesn't mean it will actually happen.

Don't know. LSU made some big changes this off season so we'll have to see how it all pans out.

LSU has done much better in the past 10 years than A&M has, therefore, LSU will finish higher. You're an idiot if you base your opinion of football team's on anything other than historical records.

I can't wait for the season to start. So tired of the doubters with nothing to go off of. LSU reloads not rebuilds.

I think LSU will be a better team than A&M but even if they hold serve against the Aggies in Baton Rouge the LSU games @ Bama, @ UGA, and vs Florida give A&M the inside track

Agree with the writers in the OP.
A&M over LSU for second is more likely than the other way around (but not by a lot). Winning in Baton Rouge will be tough and if each end with two losses, LSU could easily hold the tie breaker with a home win.
End of day though, LSU is much more likely to have 3 losses than A&M, so A&M in second is the most likely.

A&M will probably finish with a better record because of scheduling. Luckily, we play each other so that should determine who is the better team. ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/Iconcheers.gif)

LSU will beat A&M head-to-head and finish higher.

I think LSU will beat A&M in a war of a football game but I could see A&M ending up with a better record. Our schedule is brutal.

Blah blah blah Aggies will fap to themselves, get dominated on D, and lose in Tiger Stadium blah blah blah.
You wanna front on LSU? Try beating LSU first. Jesus, the longhorns were right about y'all.
