LSU can talk smack to anybody in college baseball... that is except for South Carolina. We may have beaten y'all for the SEC title, but for the last 10 years, South Carolina has been better in the post-season (and regular season for most of those years), and for that I tip my hat.

In, and we were the first. Trendsetters.

Was in Omaha for 2000. ULL also made it to the semis in the other bracket before Stanford eliminated them. What an amazing post-season for that team.
LSU did not lose a game in the SEC Tournament, Sub-Regional round, Super-Regional Round, or in Omaha, either.
I did the math at the time, and we mowed down $21 million dollars worth of MLB pitching talent, including Mark Prior.
What an amazing experience.

Have you figured out how many millions of dollars LSU had at 1st base, 2nd base, and shortstop?

The SEC had zero CWS titles before 1990? That is amazing.
