I would like to land Lane, but I don't think he's better than our true freshman Robert Foster. They're similar players with comparable size, but Foster is faster and stronger.
We aren't hurting for WRs in this class anyway. I'm sure we'll hit that area hard next year.

It's not that I don't like him. We just suddenly have a ton of depth at WR and he's really not any more impressive to me than Sims, Dupre, Blacknall, Dixon, Hall, etc.
Apparently we want to take 1 or 2 more WRs in this class though, so who knows. Seems like a bit of a waste to me with Cooper, Jones, Black, White, Falkins, Foster, Stewart, and Kief all on the roster next year. I am not paid 7 figures to make these decisions for a reason though.

Some believe Bama is still evaluating what they want to do at TE/H-B, Luatua included. They only decided a few months ago to recruit him there over LB, where he also projects well.
