This is strictly guesswork I know. But you can make a reasonably estimation based on team decals promulgated on your citizen's car fleet and the team attire that your citizens adorn.
State of Tennessee:
UT 50%
ALA 20%
Vandy 10%
OM 8%
AU 7%
KY 2% (football only, BB support much higher)
Other 3%

I would say Tennessee is about 90% VOLS fans with the exception of Nashville and Memphis. OP is probably pretty accurate for Nashville.

60% shorthorns, 30% ags, 10% everybody else

Alabama is huge in Middle Tennessee. These are the same people who'll be Tennessee fans once we start winning again.

Chattanooga is loaded with Tide fans. I think my figures are Statewide accurate because the diversified Metro areas make up 60% of the State's population.

75% Mizzou
10% kansas

Yeah, I'd say that's probably accurate, though you'd probably get some Arky fans in Memphis affecting your breakdown. I could see the Nashville dynamic changing quickly, if Vandy keeps winning. A large chunk of Nashville has followed Vandy because of basketball, and they'd quickly cheer on football if it's successful.

Mississippi is probably something like this:
40% State
30% Ole Miss
10% Southern
20% Other (mostly Bama and LSU)
And for DC, well, there aren't many college football fans in DC, but the breakdown is probably something like this in order (no percentages because I'd just be making it up at that point):
1. VA TEch
2. Maryland
3. Penn State
4. West frickin' Virginia
5. UVA
6. Everybody else
As far as the SEC goes, DC is mostly Florida, Georgia, Bama, and Ole Miss fans.

This post reminds me of a Les Miles quote.

I see the truth here.
For Alabama :
northwest, north, and southwest Alabama :
80% bama, 20% Auburn
Montgomery and points south and east:
60% Auburn
40% bama.
note: in 2010, this part of the state was much higher.

80% UK
10% Louisville (90% of that is in the city of Louisvlle)
10% Other places (WKU, EKU, ,etc. and outside the state)

Negative. MS breaks down like so
Ole Miss 38%
Miss St. 32%
Alabama 15%
LSU 10%
So Miss/other 5%
Ole Miss 38%
Miss St. 32%
Alabama 15%
LSU 10%
So Miss/other 5%

In the Atlanta Metro area Auburn and Alabama both out number Georgia Tech by a good bit.
