I have to admit that McCarron's tears appear incredibly contrived...

No sour grapes because I'm unbelievably proud of this team. But AJM looks like a really, really shiteous actor.

Your tears, however, look real.

I'm loving how the same folks who made fun of Tebow are applauding McCarron's school spirit and dedication.

What would he benefit from fake tears?

He's already won a NC - the game obvious was big, emotional, rivalry game. He played like shite until the last drive.

Seems legit, IMO.

I think there's a difference between having your arse handed to you and being consoled and petted on the sideline, opposed to winning a huge game in the final seconds.

Alabama is my second favorite team and I really like McCarron, but what a giant pussy. I was kind of embarrassed for him. The reason I liked it was that I was in danger of actually letting the loss get to me, and the crying thing snapped me out of it. Now I'm happy for Alabama and ready to get my night started.

This. Should be easy to tell difference, but it involves Bama so anything about it from some people is going to be covered in hatred.

That's the spirit. Take your loss at home with pride. What's else is there left but the cap one bowl.
