I hear Gruden loves to snow ski, ergo he should coach at Kansas State.

that depends if you think Gus Malzahn or Sunny Dykes are better options.
No, it has more to do with his age and would be the third different school in the West he coached at.

aside from the purchase of Cam, how has chiz's hire worked out?

Gizik is burning up the recrootin' trail according to the rankin sites.
How is that working out?

Yeah, I'd say he can.
Coaching up/development and good recruiter are two different things

Your new coach's name should be Dana Holgorsen,
I hope not. He's a good coach. But, I don't like Arena Football and that's his offense.

Recruiting is getting players you can coach up/develop on campus to produce wins.
Rankings don't mean shite.

Terrible and Jay Jacobs should feel terrible.
He was a loser when we hired him, and it looks like things haven't changed. Our coaching is terrible, we can't develop players, and there is zero discipline on the team. No accountability. Basically, look at what Nick Saban has going in Tuscaloosa, and take the opposite of every possible facet of the "process".

Yeah they are. You act like no one was trying to get those players and Auburn settled for those guys. Also, who gives a shite if you can get five star guys like Chiz when you get players that play like all stars like Rodgers and Dansby.
Auburn fans are hilarious. You currently have the guy that supposedly "can recruit." Based on results, I'd say the only one out of Eugene and Tubbs that can recruit is Tubbs.

So how did his players fare against top players that were also developed? They got their shite pushed in.

IMHO Tubbs is a good fit there and could bring the Hogs back quickly. He's an Arkansas guy, good recruiter and pretty damn good coach.

The Aubies are busy with their revisionist history. You want to build up your defense? Tubbs has put top defenses on the field everywhere he's been. Eugene hasn't put up a conference average defense since he's been at AU as head coach.
Who was the mastermind in 2004 based on results? You make the call.

Petrino signed most of our worse classes according to the rankings sites while delivering the best bowl appearance we've had since Holtz.

Would he be the 1st coach to be the HC at 3 schools in the same division?
Spurrier and Saban each have 2. Not sure how the other conferences shake out.

You can only coach up a lesser talent to a certain extent. but when going up against someone that is doing the same thing but starting with a much greater prospect, you are going to lose every time.
Again, he was not that great of a recruiter, he was a good coach

I've always wondered why Arky hasnt had interest in Tubbs. He is an Arkansas native and he can win. I am damn sorry he ever left Auburn.
