Da'Rick Rogers
Malcolm Mitchell
Darius Hanks
Cobi Hamilton
Chad Bumphis
Emory Blake

these guys are all good receivers in their own rights, but this kid is a rare talent and he'll be going to a team with a proven QB in Wilson. Will be a huge get for the Hogs right on the heels of losing Adams, Childs, and Wright.

Offense is shaping up nicely for them with Knile back from injury next year as well

It's possible, but there's no way of knowing what he's going to do right off the bat.

Isn't he probably going to Mizzou?

I thought Kyle Prater was a "cant miss" a few years ago and he missed. DGB is a better prospect, but he's still a prospect.

I think he could be a Julio Jones type player, since he drops the ball too often for his own good.

Great talent, but doesn't catch the ball well enough from what I've seen

IF he goes to arky

I'll go with the good odds that an unproven true freshman will not be the best SEC WR from day one. The competition he'll face is going to be such an upgrade. How many true freshman have come into the SEC and been the best at their position right away? Herschel Walker is all I can think of. SEC has signed plenty of players as good of prospects as DGB or better.

I watched some of this guy's highlights and his competition looked pathetic. A bunch of slow, short white kids. He has all the measurables but you have to see how he pans out vs. a whole new level of talent.

I wouldn't be surprised if DGB came off the bench to start the season if he comes to Arkansas. There is potential for him to crack the starting lineup with who we had graduate, but Arkansas still has a a handful of talented receivers who have been on campus for a year or two already. You just never know with Freshmen until you put them on the field against SEC talent.

the guy you people need to watch for is Courtney Gardner, this dude is sick with skill.

We could line up with

6'3 Cobi, 6'6 Dorial 6'4 Gardner 6'4 Funderburke and 6'3 Cowan. that is a QB's dream 5 wide.

If he signs with Arkansas then his play on the field will prove it one way or the other.

This.

If we get DGB to go along with Gardner and these guys, we'll have the tallest, fastest WR corps ever.

I mean, in ever.

Cordarrele Patterson should get some consideration.

I don't know shite from a horse's arse, but as far as guaranteeing that he will jump off the bat and be some prolific deep threat I can't say. We've recruited these hybrid RB/WR types, and it seems all of them have been flops. Deangelo Benton being the biggest example. Like some have said you can look at his competition to get a better perspective, but if they suck you can't quite tell how they are going to translate to CFB.

He didn't seem like the end all be all WR in the all-american game. He had like 2-3 drops, but also some nice catches. I think he'll put up some nice numbers his first year but not be the best WR in the SEC from day 1. I think he will need to go througha big adjustment period his first year going from 5'6 140 pound white kids covering him to SEC DBs.

If he's ready, and one of the best we've got, CBP would play him. If not, he'll work him in slowly.

As talented as he is, the SEC is a whole 'nuther ballgame. I don't think Hog fans would want to rush him.
