LSUPimp ,set up a fake yahoo email account give it to me.I guarantee within two weeks this butthole will be found and DA will prosecute. I just hung up phone was told it is a case.Anytime someone touches another person with his or her private parts there is an issue.

I think if you had framed your OP in a way that just called for his public humiliation, very few people would argue. You overstated the case when you called it sexual assault, IMO.

The OP may have been concerned with the shirts' colors, but many in this thread are not. And rightfully so. This act may be fine between friends, within the confines of your home or a fraternity house, but not in public, presumably between strangers. His only defense may be that there is no proof his nuts touched the guy. The video doesnt clearly show nut to face contact. Unless I just didnt watch it close enough. It does show an obviously excited Bama fan wanting a little action from a passed out guy

FTR, I'm good friends with a girl that got tea bagged when she was passed out. She was embarrassed but literally scoffed at the idea of pressing charges. And she had balls in her mouth, not just rubbed on her shirt like our victim in the video.

Yes, some wasted LSU chick attacked her. Throwing punches and pulling hair for absolutely NO reason.
