Ever seen the movie Chariots of Fire? It's about the British track team at the Olympics early in the 20th century. One of the main, if not THE main, characters is a young and inspired Christian, the child of missionaries, who struggles whether he is doing the right thing by running races.
At the end of the movie, just before the final dramatic race, a young American competitor hands the inspired Brit a note as he gets set for the starting gun. It read- "It says in the good book, he who honors me I will honor."
I've read columns from Whitlock, the New York Times and the Wall Street journal about the Tebow phenomenon. Whitlock says it's because of great parents. The Times and the Journal say it's due to grit and optimism.
Seems to me there's a much simpler and obvious explanation.

God took a break from Tebow last year and looked out for the Auburn Tigers. I see he went back to Tebow this year.
