Everything about this team, environment, management, marketing, just feels stale. Theres very little to get excited about coming into this season. I’ve been struggling to muster interest.

Baseball was never meant to be played as one game single elimination tournaments. It’s fluky. But if it were series then only USA Japan and Dominican would ever win

Why didn’t they clear two reds with the last shot? Swiss needed 3 to tie so clearing 1 and leaving 2 gave them a path
I don’t understand why we don’t castrate these people. And probably blind them. Let them live basically requiring the pity of people and in a state completely incapable of inflicting hurt on anyone else.
It would be an interesting exercise to measure the “‘statistical deviation across a number of categories people assign to culture and compare races. My guess is that East Asians would have the smallest standard deviation, then followed by South Indians and Arabs then probably white with Hispanic and black coming in last. There are too few natives like Inuits and such to be included. But the point is that being black or sub Saharan African has the least correlation to culture as those varies widely based on where they ended up and who governed them.

Oh wow…Brock is the first course I ever played after moving to Houston 25 years ago. It was a fun track for a cheap muni…I remember the first four or five holes on the back 9 were kinda wild. It definitely had some sketchy neighborhoods around it, and if the wind was from the east you smelled the nearby landfill the entire round.
