"...Bama out-played LSU for 4 quarters and got too far away from who they are offensively and didn't have a competent kicker for the penalty kicks period. In my mind Bama is the slightly better team overall, and I don't feel LSU could win a rematch."

The rampant insecurity from LSU fans flaming on here this week show that many of them feel the same as Herbstreit.

No way do I believe coaches will allow a rematch. They did not between Ohio State and Michigan and they wont between LSU and Bama.

Miles is my favorite coach in the SEC hands down, but replacing your QBs after a few mistakes is baffling. Wilson has made PLENTY of mistakes and his back up is damn solid. BP would never frick with TWs head like that and for good reason.
Of course, LSU relies on their D to win games unlike us.
