400 points above Fsu with the same commitments. Bama will likely land Cyrus and Mitchell, Crowell,Clowney,Hill,ect.. are possibilities to.

This class has potential to be absolutely fricking nasty

More than likely it won't be as good as it could be, but still damn good

We could sign the top 25 recruits in the nation I guess. Some people are just never satisfied.

I'm not saying that in a negative way. I mean it as we more than likely won't get every recruit most of us are hoping for. Don't pull that bullshite with me

I have to say this is a pretty impressive class by Saban...I guess it is true about the year after winning a NC...hopefully (fingers crossed) it will hold true for AU too!

Theres still allot of guys out there planning to take visits. With Rumphs hire bama is now in it with corey crawford, cortez davis and marlin lane not to mention helping with clowney

Even if Clowney and/or Crowell don't come there will be 4 spots filled and they will all be elite guys

Due to AU's "special" circumstances 2 years from now their recruiting class will be outside the top 20.

How many seniors were on Bama's roster? Juniors declaring for the NFL draft?

I think 8 seniors. I honestly can't remember for sure.

This is the hidden kicker. Its gonna be a bloodbath in Tuscaloosa this year. We're gonna see some big time names transferring or going on a medical scholarship...

That's what i mean; even if you guys somehow have 7 guys leave for the NFL draft (bad news for your chances of winning next year for sure if that happens), then you still have 10 spots to get rid of most likely.

Can a Bama fan with knowledge tell me the timeline of events that occur? If I'm offered a scholly by Bama, then they "cut" me (not a cut I know but you know what I mean) when am I told, and do I have time to go to another program before they fill up (I'd assume this happens in the fall so I can't go to another school with the 85 players on scholly already). Right?

I'm not throwing stones at Bama or anyone else, AU would probably do the same thing if they were at the 85 limit, but the SEC and/or NCAA is going to make a new rule if teams keep blatantly doing this. 1-2 guys a year, not a huge deal, 5-10 guys, big effing deal. IMO.

I think this is a huge reason for disparity on the field as well. Honestly, how many of those kids, if the classes at Bama, LSU, Arky, UF Aub etc. all filled up do you think would end up at a Michigan State or a Purdue? I think a lot would and it would even the field a little bit. Not saying even but closer
