see previous post - lateral in title only. IF he wen to UF, he would actually run the defense and have input. he has neither under saban
And you believe this why? Will Muschamp is a defensive coach and something of a guru when it comes to that side of the ball. He was an assistant under Nick Saban for several years. What makes you think he won't run the defense the same way Saban does?

William Green and Dee Finley says hi, not to mention Chad Jackson.
The Big 3 always miss out on great players.

Did UF offer Arenas? As far as TR, that's just how it goes.

Is it sadder that Alabama "can't win without Florida recruits", or that Florida can't wrangle in their own regional talent?

UF sucks and will suck for the next few years, get used to that idea bro. Alabama/LSU/Arkansas are now the powers in the SEC and you, sadly, are not.
Oh look, another dive play.

What's the point of the argument? You've had your arse kicked the last two times by Alabama. Florida kids on the roster or not, you lost, and lost badly.

Bama made JJ look like a Heisman QB
FL made Lee look like a Heisman QB

Go ahead, make yourself some "bulletin board material". Let me know when you are actually playing.

Well, I see that this went from a decent discussion to a shite talking fest. Some of you need to chill out. Bottom lines is Florida is Florida and Bama is Bama. Florida is a recruiting hot bed that everyone poaches into to get recruits, except for Texas. It's literally impossible for the Big 3 to keep the best players in state because all prospects have a different set of wants. Many just want out of state (Mike Bellamy this year). I, personally, will always have Bama's back simply because UF and Bama catch the most scrutiny of all the fan bases in the SEC. It happens when you have been on top, frequently. Bama being a traditional power, and UF being a recent power. So Bama fans and UF fans in this thread, chill the frick out. We both have similarities in things to be proud of, and we're both lucky to have good programs today. The SEC missed something this year, and that was UF v. Bama in the SECCG. Hopefully the next few years will be different.

You're a fricking idiot. He would have more input working for a former DC than he would have under Saban? How is the situation any different at Florida than it is at Alabama? Well other than the fact that he currently is part of an established coaching staff that has fielded one of the best defenses in the nation the past three seasons. IF Muschamp falls flat on his face Smart is fricked. He's destined to be a headcoach if he stays at Bama with Saban.
