UF hired a defensive HC, why would they pay 1.2 million for a DC. I can understand au paying 1.3 for a OC because that's not chiz's area.

He explicitly stated that his next stop is a HC position. He's not going to go to a different school for the same title, no matter the disparity in responsibility.

that's fine. but please do not pretend it is a lateral move IF he did.
don't get upset. i could care less if he leaves. my guess is FL could do better and probably needs someone with significantly more experience much like the way the went for OC (which I think is a terrible fit) but he does hold the edge in experience.
