No excuse for Alabama not blowing them out in the first half.I give credit to Auburn for hanging in and finding a way but it ends next week.

I just wasn't impressed. The Bama D shut down the run game and the AU D had no answer for Julio Jones. They do not match up with big receivers at all and USC e has them.

This one isn't at AU and Spurrier does them in.

With South Carolinas history i wouldn't be surprised if Auburn blows them out by 20. I wouldn't be surprised if the cocks lose to clemson later on today.

It was actually pretty impressive seeing AU comeback to win from being down 24-0.

Don't be mad bama was just completely overrated this year.

Auburn might still make it to the national championship game even if they lose to South Carolina next week. Their computer scores are sky high because of their tough strength of schedule. It'll be hard justifying ranking a one-loss LSU over one-loss Auburn. LSU got dominated statistically in their head to head matchup against Auburn and didn't win the division. It's very similar to what happened with Kansas and Missouri in 2007. Missouri beat Kansas in the head to head matchup but lost in the conference title game. They were still ranked ahead of KU in the final BCS standings. Of course, they ended up getting screwed out of a BCS berth by Kansas but it wasn't because of the ranking system. And I don't see other one-loss teams jumping LSU or a SEC team. So next week's conference championship might end up not mattering that much for Auburn.

I think they may make it to the NC, but I think Oregon will give them one hell of a game. Don't know who would win, but I know it wouldn't be easy

Really. You're reduced to rooting for a PAC 10 school. It's okay your first half moral victory counts for something. You're easily the best 3 loss team in the nation. Take a page outta my book. Go to a bar and drown it away.

Actually, Auburn won because for some reason Saban decided to apparently play a DB with a fricked up Shoulder at Safety. That play changed the entire game as a healthy player at safety likely makes a play there.

Auburn is a very good team, but had tons of help from the officials in that second half. Tons in fact. No calls on pass interferences, holds, etc. It was pretty bad, but they'll swear up and down that the unsportsmanlike penalty and non-overturning (it was actually reviewed) incompletion was a conspiracy to screw them over.

Wasn't that '03 when Oklahoma was trounced by K-State in the Big12 championship & still went on to play in the NC? Could it happen again?

If Auburn loses to USC in the SECCG, they have no business being in the NC over an undefeated TCU team.

Honestly, assuming there was no CAMGATE, they'd definitely deserve in over any other 1-loss team though.

They impressed me! Down 24 - on the mat, gets up punches the Tide in the mouth , over and over again
I thought I was watching the Rocky movie

And after watching Oregon again last night- I don't think they will have any trouble winning the BCS- unless the ole ball coach pulls a quick one or the FBI does something

It is evident the SEC and NCAA do not want to get involved.

Bunch of nonsense right there. Auburn will crucify USCe and the wrinkly balls call and win the BCSNCG. They've been too good over the last 10 years to not stumble upon one at some point.
