you have a good offense that loves to throw it to us.

Bama has completely shut it down in the second half. Completely.
This shite gets on my nerves, and I'm not one to bitch about how we get wins.

i never doubt you. but WHAT THE frick are you complaining about? give a few yards, prevent whatever defense.... WIN the game. this is fricking florida. they can score on you fast if they want to.
WE frickING WON HUGE.

I agree.
I think Saban knows they may meet again and doesn't want to run it up.

it's less convincing on the stat board.. but who gives a frick. it's also safer on our boys.

I know, I know...I don't want to sound like BenchMcElroy, but I'd like to have a little life in the second half...
EDIT: And Gmac needs to learn to take a slide, throw it away, or step out of bounds....he takes more hits than he has to, for really no reason.
Dammit, I'm sounding like Bench...

We haven't had the ball much. The interception return for a touchdown so they just got it right back. One time we were pinned deep. Florida's done a pretty solid job against the run.

Too bad UF doesn't have more points....

Bah we had what 240+ yards at the end of the first half, then we shut it down. I'm happy.

Saban does this all the fricking time. Texas, Penn State, Arkansas in '07, Ole Miss and Tennessee last year, Georgia a couple years ago, even UT Chattanooga LOL. And yes, it gets annoying as hell. Not only does the playcalling get overly conservative, there's absolutely no passion or sense of urgency. They're just waiting to run out the clock. It makes for some unwatchable football in the second half.

I'll take that over exciting second halves like LSU has.

Hard to run your offense inside of your own 20 when all you have to do to win is just not turn it over. Fla went for it in yhe red zone all night and we had bad field position. Our red zone defense is pretty bad arse

It would be nice to have the Tiger Woods mentality though. When he has a three or four stroke lead in the final round of a Major, he's not content. He wants to increase the lead to five, six, seven strokes and blow away the competition. Why can't this team ever do that instead of just sitting on the ball?
