I never would've guessed that. Too bad his attitude kept him from getting drafted.

The raiders suck. He should at least play there.

DJ Hall was an enormous cancer on the team. It was no accident that Alabama took off as soon as he and some of the other scumbags (ala Prince Hall) left the team.

But D.J. did acknowledge his transgressions after leaving Alabama. He wasn't like the pecker-head Jimmy Barnes.

He did what he wanted under Shula, but stayed in Coach Saban's doghouse. The only problem was, Alabama didn't have any other WRs at the time, so he had to play. He had a bad attitude, terrible work ethic, and had off-the-field problems. Those are the reasons he wasn't drafted.

Too little too late. I think Hall was undrafted in large part due to Saban giving a scathing report about his transgressions to any NFL team that was interested. Hall certainly didn't get undrafted because of his ability on the field.

There was a rumor that he was nailing JPW's girlfriend back in '07. Don't really know if its true or not, but I'd like to think it is just for comedic value. Either way, he was just generally lazy and a terrible teammate.

That's like the rumor when I was a freshman at Alabama. People said Brooks Daniels quit the team because Nautyn McKay-Loescher and Santonio Beard were messing around with Daniels' girlfriend.

Well, he was from Toronto, and does play for the BC Lions. I still love him though. My favorite player from the early 2000s teams.

how does this compare to...

but he was in Coach Miles's doghouse. He had a bad attitude, terrible work ethic, and had off-the-field problems. The only problem was, LSU didn't have any other good QBs at the time. Still, Miles kicked him off the team.

and yes, I am talking about Ryan Perrilloux
