Pick 31. Been a bit of a wild first round but awesome for him.

Happy for him. He looked relieved and emotional about it.

I think he is going to benefit greatly getting to play on the edge almost solely now. I appreciate all he did playing on the interior so much for us when we needed it. Football can use a lot more players like him.

PROSPECT ANALYSIS
Faulk has a long, developing frame, good movement skills and the potential for odd or even fronts once he gains more muscle mass. He’s a culture player with high character who earns a grade bump based on his age (turns 21 in September), traits and advanced foundation. A fluid athlete with good movement skills, he works around blocks with finesse but needs more assertive initial strikes to set firmer edges in gap control. His toughness and mentality suggest he’ll play through blocks more consistently in an NFL environment. Faulk’s rush is diverse. However, with average upfield burst, he might require a move inside on passing downs, where his long levers, quickness and agility can overmatch guards. Faulk needs polish but offers a high ceiling that should reveal itself within a couple of years.

Nice breakdown. Nice to hear him bring up Faulk's high character.

The Freeze era didn’t go well, but his commitment gave me a lot of hope and I was always impressed that he stayed - which means something nowadays

No draft thread so posting here... Lee Hunter went second round and Romello Height could get drafted tonight. Colton Hood went 2nd round too. All of those players we're in an Auburn jersey at one point. The amount of talent that walked is crazy.

Didn't realize he was that old lol. I'm guessing he got an extra year or two for some reason.

I hope he finds success with the Raiders. They could use a player with his ability.

Auburn would have paid him more than 4th or 5th round.

His agent was demanding 1st round value

What Jang said here is true. The gamble from him and his agent failed miserably.
