$323M vote to improve JHS

About time they maximized that north end zone. But tickets are going to be a jillion dollars.

Makes sense. All of the venues must now cater to the abundance of vapid fans who demand more options in the stadiums other than, you know, watching the fricking game.

100M of that is to dig up the Indians buried beneath the field and replace them with new ones. After Kirby’s TO it has become apparent the old ones have run out of JuJu.

JH is the second loudest stadium to me in the SEC besides tiger stadium, but it blows my mind how little investment has gone into the stadium over the years.

It's all about extracting money from the pockets of fans.

This is even more important at Jordan-Hare.

They haven't released any final renderings of the interior renovation to the stadium, but assuming it is still along the same lines as the previous plans that have been released, it will keep overall capacity about the same, right around 90k, small increase as well as increased suites. Won't be a huge capacity change though overall.

These are old but I think most believe the interior will go somewhere along these lines. Don't know if this is still the plan or not, but it has been what has been discussed previously as this project has developed.

The only improvement I really want is arm rest, chair back, and cup holder for every seat.
