Josh Pate intimated that his sources think Freeze will be fired/forced to step down with a loss to Arky.

Could also be psoriasis. Mine showed up suddenly and I've been beating back the outbreak for around a year now. Good news is, light therapy is generally covered by insurance and super effective.

Squat max went up from 330 to 365! Success! Also, wife is thinking of joining the gym, so she came along and got to witness. Free Willie's willie will probably get rewarded later...

I'm eating intuitively, as it is my first time doing Squatober. I actually ate a little less overall, but pretty much stuck to whole foods (other than the protein powder and some pb).
Josh Pate nails it

I know some don't like him, but I always appreciate his honesty. I agree with this assessment wholeheartedly. Our quarterback room is either incredibly bad or too inexperienced, which makes one incredibly bad.
TLDR, prepare to take the lumps this year, and maybe next year without being so much of a crybaby it destroys the recruiting classes.

Other than figuring out my max on squats, what other lifts do they typically assign that require you to take a percentage of a max? Bench? Deadlift?

I'm sorry, but there's no way that the same people behind assassinations, stolen elections, fake pandemics, etc., are going to allow simple rules like this to dissuade them.
Third Quarter Prep for Squatober
Posted by FreeWillie on 6/6/24 at 7:00 am
I'm not a new lifter by any means, but I confess I'm not big into mobility. I want to participate in squatober this year, but I'm afraid injury is quite likely given how stiff I've become, especially in the hips and spine. I'll be turning 36 in August and have two young boys who's current favorite activity is jumping off furniture on to daddy. It's fun, but I'm starting to feel that too.
I know mobility work is the answer, but I want to make sure I'm doing the right things. If you were in my shoes, how would you maximize 3rd quarter prep for Squatober? Any programming suggestions for mobility or specific strengthening of stabilizer muscles?

I feel Georgia is going to rail off a Florida vs. UK like streak of 20 or so against us. Screw Malzahn for not taking this game seriously.

They know and are ok with it. The average consumer is no longer their primary customer. ESG and other mechanisms have created an environment where "stakeholders" are now the primary customer, and we're not considered stakeholders.
