Couple elite football seasons and now a chance to win a sec tournament in basketball….seems like vandy might be upper crust in the NIL era

Vandy just won the series vs. LSU in baseball as well.

LSU lost in women's basketball to Vandy this year.

I cannot wait for Lane Kiffin to go 7-5 or 8-4 and hear all of the LSU fans try and convince us, it is a rebuilding year. Especially with them taking out a loan to buy their transfer class.

Will be great!!

Vanderbilt defeated LSU in football, basketball, women's basketball and baseball. So yes they are a better athletics program than LSU.

How far behind is bama to both of these schools? Bama hasn't won a legitimate title in football since 2017, and has never won one in either basketball, or baseball!

No team will EVER surpass LSU in the pecking order a small mind.

Oh, and IRONY for y'all consulting AI on an LSU site......:bwahah:

Also, to where complete losers are mimicking the STTDB. Pleasant times we live in.

I guess we have different opinions of elite football seasons.

Vandy has a great portal strategy, plenty of $ & their days of being a doormat are over. I’m not claiming they’ll run the league but they’ll be all you want each game.

They went 7-6 in football in 2024. The Alabama posters here get a little dumber every day.

Keep trying! You're doing so well! If you just keep repeating this you might just convince, oh, I don't know, a couple dozen people!

I mean DeBoer took a playoff team and went 9-4 and you claimed that was a "rebuilding year".

But it's bad if Kiffin has a better record than BK had the year prior.

The Alabama hypocrisy is way out of hand.

Yea 18 months after a mad exodus of players, once the departure of the greatest CFB coach ever was confirmed, was a rebuilding year.

Not the case for LsU.

You're right, LSU had a worse team and lost more players, so it's even more of a rebuild than DeBoer had.
