And we put up with his arse for two years.

Cant really put too much blame on Hunter just for showing up late to a meeting.

I just got the push notification from ESPN. So I immediately came here. I figured there would be opinions.

Dude is just lost in his life.

ETA: I just read the story in the OP and I'll be damned if their season isnt almost a mirror image of ours:

dude is an all time head case. Now he'll have to fork over some of that cash and whatever chance he had to make a roster is all but dead. Not that he really had a great shot even though I wish him the best.

But we would’ve won 20 games with CBM. Lol

And opponents 3pt% wouldn’t be off the charts either. He’d get in your head

He’s gonna try to get another year isn’t he?

Can’t limit these poor kids opportunities

Not on the bench.

Anyway I’ll stop joking around. Looks like he aggravated an injury to his leg from earlier in the season. Then left the team today. Doesn’t say if he was kicked off or just left.

I was joking on the winning 20 games thing. Can you imagine that nut case on this immature team. Yikes!

I'm all for a player like that but the problem with him is he got inside his own head even more than the other team. How many players ever got ejected because of Chad? How many times did he get ejected/teched/flagrant whatever and hurt the team? He's the worst and hopefully people here will stop defending him now.

He was very good for us last season. He wouldn’t have survived this team and lack of leadership/accountabilty.

The latter is indeed why he was a problem sometimes.

Other times he indeed made the opponents erratic. He gave younger highly rated players problems.

And really its only the ejections where he went against Auburns interests

If he got a flagrant while boat racing teams then he had already sunk his teeth into his prey and toying with them

I agree, we could handle his technicals here and there, but his ejections was what hurt us the most.

We needed his presence and productivity on the court

The word is out on him now and the refs would be out to get him.

Not to mention the constant flopping and pretending to be hurt
