Stanford and Cal need to get back to the PAC12.

Two Pacific Coast teams playing in the Atlantic conference is ridiculous. Give me a break.

I’ve said it for years… 3-way deal:

Maryland back to the ACC… Georgia Tech from the ACC to the SEC… Missouri from the SEC to the Big 10.

Everything would make way more sense.

Maryland going to the B1G was the kiss of death for their athletic program. They’ve never been much in football, but of course were great in basketball and had a really good run in baseball. They have pretty much sucked at all 3 in the B1G outside of a season here or there in basketball.

I thought we were trying to make the SEC better?

What will be Maryland’s kiss of death is if the TV networks start pressuring the B10 to get rid of underperforming assets.

I nominate Mizzou to go back to wherever they feel comfortable outside of the SEC.

Maryland, a founding member of the ACC, left in 2014 after 61 years in the conference.

The primary motivation was financial, with the Big Ten offering much higher revenue compared to the ACC ($58.8 million vs $39.9 million per team in 2022)

It's all about the money. I wonder if they have any "receipts" on their top players getting offers outside the "RULES"

Absolutely the dumbest move by any school by a country mile. I mean, do they even play lacrosse in the Big Ten

Better pay but relegated themselves to permanent irrelevance in all sports in my opinion.

I guess I see culture fit differently. I would definitely rather passionate well know brands over V and NC
