If tweet fails to load, click here. We might play Texas at home, but they are a very talented team with a quality 7 footer and experienced guard play. All 3 of their starters at guard are upperclassmen. Going to need Overton to step it up again.
Let's see if Auburn can carry over momentum after the win in Gainesville..

Big game for us. Have to avoid a let down after the UF game if we're going to stay in the hunt for reasonable seeding.
I don't have high ambitions for AU this season, but I do think snagging a 6 or 7 seed and perhaps winning a game would be pretty huge. We need Steven to get his feet fully under him and have a solid tenure. Even if he's not the long term answer, just as a bridge that keeps Auburn relevant and keeps this historically horrific program as a desirable one for talented coaches.
Not that the Texas game determines all of that, of course. But we've missed some good chances already to give us breathing room, can't miss this one.

With our schedule I think 19 wins is the number we would need for a 6 seed. So gotta have this one to reach Pettifogger goals
