Who are the current big six? Here are final polls the last 5 seasons for the contestants - team’s final rankings from 2021-2025. Who are the Big Six?
Georgia: #1, #1, #4, #6, #6
Alabama: #2, #6, #5, #17, #9
Texas: n/r, #25, #3, #4, #12
Oklahoma: #10, n/r, #15, n/r, #13
Tennessee: n/r, #6, #17, #9, n/r
LSU: n/r, #16, #12, n/r, n/r
Missouri: n/r, n/r, #8, #22, n/r
Ole Miss: #11, n/r, #9, #11, #3
Florida: n/r, n/r, n/r, n/r
Auburn: n/r, n/r, n/r, n/r
It has to be UGA, AL, TEX, OU, Ole Miss and TN.
Finishing unranked in back to back seasons should come with a ban on starting new threads for fans of those schools. Except for BigDGator, his game day threads are worthwhile.

Can you at least update what year it was when LSU absolutely broke you? I know it happened awhile back but I would like to know the exact year . TIA

Definitely Ole Miss - one of the truly premier football programs in America.
Good post.

If Ole Miss is included that means we aren’t concerned with anything more than 4 years ago. If so, why are you including Alabama?

Hard to argue with Ole Miss at
Bama has the 2023 SEC championship TBF

TBH it's probably UGA, Bama, UT, OU, OM, and UTk (by the skin of their teeth).

LSU will try to take credit for Ole Miss’s results the last 5 years

Those programs that have won an SEC Championship in the last 50 years
That was easy

Why would LSU do that? Ole Miss hasn't even won an SEC West co-championship during that time.

The big 6 are the only teams that have won an SEC championship game.
If you are coming up with a new classification based on rankings, then sure.

Hate is a strong word. But I certainly don’t care for Auburn.

If winning a SEC championship recently was the requirement, there would only be a big two - Alabama and Georgia.
Those two have split the last 6; Georgia in 22, 24 and 25; Alabama is 20, 21, 23.
Maybe there should just be a big two - Alabama and Georgia.
