UGa fans have to feel a little lost opportunity watching Beck play for the Natty with less talent around him. All it took was money. Stockton was a clear drop off or UGa would be playing again for a natty tonight.

Not a Beck fan personally but he’s obviously better

Remember, the backup is always better than the starter.

In the CFB Ten Commandments, it’s number four on the list.

And yet, Stockton‘s quarterback rating is higher. And that doesn’t include his rushing stats, which are several hundred yards more than Becks. And then of course football is a team sport.

I think the real story is that Georgia hasn't won a playoff game in four years.

The problem was UGA made him play school but UM doesn't.

I’d take Carson Beck over Cam Ward in this game

Cristobal has replaced Kirby in the 12 team
Nil era he figured out the formula while Kirby used the old way to build his title teams. It worked early on before the real effects of nil were felt but now he needs to readjust

He wouldn't have done any better in Athens in 2025. He didn't want to be here. I hope he does well tonight.

Bold talk for someone who is 2–8 over that span.

Congrats on the 1–1 this year, little guy.

Stockton had better overall stats for the 2025 season.
Stockton had a better QB rating 84.9 (6th nationally) vs 81.4 for Beck (11th nationally) in 14 games: passed for 24 TDs and rushed for 462 yards and 10 TDs. Stockton threw for 2894 yards with just 5 INTs.
Beck passed for 3581 yards and 29 TDs and rushed for 50 yards and 2 rushing but had 11 INTs.

If carson was still here we lose at least two regular season games and don't win the sec.

The thoughts of an Auburn fan on the last day of the college football season-
"We've lost nine straight to Georgia. How can I rattle their fans?"
"It's not the worst season we've ever had. We can still figure out a way to claim the title."
"In hindsight, that loss to Central Florida in the Peach Bowl is looking pretty good."
"If they keep expanding the SEC, eventually 15th place won't look that bad."
"What's a Golish?"

The decision for him to leave was mutual. The roster at QB was built for Beck to go to the NFL after the season. His elbow injury in the SEC CG put all that into question. If he stayed, there'd be no guarantee he'd start, and it would likely end up in a Stockton or Puglisi transfer, as at that point it was someone else's "turn". Miami jumps in on damaged goods with millions of dollars, so Beck went to Miami to rehab, and it has turned out very well for him. I'm one of the UGA fans who is rooting for him, and happy for him. But I guarantee you tonight there are going to be UGA fans rooting against him because they are broken people.
