On Lane Kiffin. If he does not work out how could they possibly afford to pay four coaches at once? Seems like a big gamble on a flaky guy with questionable morals

When is the last time you felt LSU wasn't all in for any of their coaches since Saban?
Don't know why it's so surprising LSU is hungry so they sling money at the problem. We've always had deep pockets when it comes to football. I think Underwood pissed a lot of LSU boosters off and that's where the billionaire collective decided they had enough with this new era.

In all seriousness the people funding this will not miss the money and even all of the $$$$ being thrown around is not much money to them.
Would you freak out over losing $10? They are on another level.
People can troll all they want with LSU being poor or the Children's hospital jokes and crack on our goofy arse Gov. etc. But when it came down to it the LSU Administration and donors did what was necessary and I'm sure there are other fan bases jealous as hell their own haven't or won't.

I'm not exactly sure how to treat the Childrens Hospital.
On the one hand, going that far definitely speaks towards being all-in no matter what.
On the other hand, it doesn't actually scream unlimited amounts of money to spend when you do that.
Also, the coach you hire is kind of important. With all that money you have to wonder why you never hired Saban back.
