Seeing all of the top transfer portal, yada yada, master bating with your fellow neighbor stuff…

What will be your reaction to another 8-4 season? Will it just be a rebuilding year for Kiffin? Will you be upset if he doesn’t go to the SECCG or playoffs?

Let’s be honest, you’re not beating Texas and you’re absolutely not beating Bama. BR is Bamas home away from home. The Aggies beat you by 7 TD’s this year, so that’s three losses.

You probably won’t beat Clemson.

At Ole Miss and at Tenner will be a toss up and probably Ole Miss taking you to the gumbo shed.

I guess the only positive is you dont play Houston again next year.

Personally, I don't get fixated on a win loss number. Let's see what the product looks like, improvement over the year etc

Your team just got blown off the field by one of the most historically shite programs of all time.

Saban is gone. The mystique is gone.

Youre losing players to better programs.

Your last natty was one year after LSUs.

LSU is sitting at #1 in the portal, with the best DL class we've ever signed. An offensive savant at HC, and the #1 QB just committed with LSU.

You know where this is going. I know where this is going.

So get over it. You barely made it off the field against one of LSUs worst teams in history and the factual WORST offense in history. And LSU cant beat Bama??

I only know that Texas will be our biggest game of the year.

Floor is 8-4, ceiling is 11-1, most likely 10-2

I expect 8-4 or 7-5. Teams historically aren't "great" the first year under a new coach, even with the portal.

Also, the schedule is pretty rough.

Rome wasn't built in a day and Kiffin just needs time to get more of his guys in the system.

It will be a seamless transition, but et them enjoy their off-season national championship. It's been the decade from hell for the LSU program.. 2019 was a while back now. They needed something to celebrate.

Trash post.

But nobody would be shocked at 8-5.

Leavitt has two years. But by the looks of this portal haul, LSU will be in it year 1.

Texas + a wild card / road trap, someone who is supposed to be good won’t be + someone who isn’t supposed to be good will be.

The roster turnover across the sport makes it harder to guess, but predicting one loss in year 1 feels unserious.

Yea it could happen, but it would be the ceiling + an overly biased take. 10-2 feels reasonable, give or take 1.

Don’t think many expect to make playoffs year 1. It def could happen but not exactly expected. Kiffin has a lot to rebuild

Why would Clemson beat LSU at home? Outside that, I'm expecting a 3-4 loss season with the brutal schedule. It's a transitional year. If they do better it will be a nice pleasant surprise. Lane gets 1 year to cook then the pressure is on.
