Alabama and UGA aren’t going to match the spending of the top NIL players like Texas Ohio State Texas Tech and now LSU. It’s just not going to happen and I don’t think either of the teams HC wants it to. Kirby at least is definitely content with being in the 2nd tier of spending.

Alabama has plenty of cash compared to almost everyone. I mean, not Texas.

It's outrageous what is happening. Paying some broken QB 6.5-7M/yr? That's half of what the HC pulls in.

I don’t really care what or how much they get paid. I just get sick of extreme roster turnover every year personally. I’ve seen it suggested that they should make a rule where you can make more money every year the longer you stay with one team. The only way that or any type of cap to NIL will ever happen is through collective bargaining though.

It's crazy. Hollywood was enrolled and taking classes one day.....the next - He's gone. Portal and transfers are craziest shite ever.
It's good for players to get a piece of the pie but you'd think it'd be "yes I'm playing for you guys and like my NIL" then the next day he's gone.
