This could still be a “1989 Michigan Basketball” thing, but Indiana has its own “feel good” story, a Heisman QB, and a coach that’s smart and focused. Dismiss the B1G schedule if you want, but they completely dismantled Bama.

If we end up with IU-OM, there will be a lot more interest than anybody would have thought those two would gather when the season began.

I’d still pull for OM, but would be good with either.

Indiana is absolutely the favorite to win it all - and will be a decent betting favorite over either OM or Miami

Any team can beat any other team, but what sets Indiana and Miami apart from the other two is fantastic defense. Ole Miss’ lack of a quality D will likely cost them a championship.

IDK… If Chambliss continues to play like the future #1 pick at QB, anything is possible.

My question is, can Ole Miss do it again? I think it took a heroic effort to get past Georgia, and I think Ole Miss will have to bring their A game again to deal with Miami's huge OL and DL and NFL-ready edge rushers

Indiana isn't just an "aw shucks feel good story".

They are a bunch of bad motherfrickers that will kick the shite out of you the moment you show a weakness.

idk...I think Miami is now the favorite to win it all

I think most people are predicting Indiana vs. Miami in the Natty. But I think Ole Miss and Oregon have fighting chances and anything could happen. That's what makes this final four so compelling

ya that's what Ohio State said too

There is a reason NFL scouts are salivating over Miami...

Miami doesn’t present the same issues offensively that Georgia did. They could still score because our secondary and outside labs aren’t up to par of course

They remind me of the pre-Tua era Bama teams. Will simply kick your teeth in and expose every weakness.

My experience watching them dominate Bama was a mixture of disgust and jealousy.

Being a Western PA native like Cignetti, I can confirm that he’s everything that region appreciates in a football coach.

This Indiana team is pretty incredible. I know they don't have the talent of a 2019 lsu. But can you imagine Coach O coaching against Cignetti. Their defense is great and they have the number 1 pick who doesn't seem to get rattled. If they win it all they deserve to be talked about like the all time great teams. The fact I can write that is such a credit to Cignetti.

Indiana still has to beat a really good Oregon team first

No one wins on fe-fe's.

If that happened, A&M and LSU would be the kings of CFB

Seriously though, Indiana is a complete team. Ole Miss is almost there though but just lacking a little on defense.

Anyways as good as both of these teams are, they have to get past Oregon and Miami who are very good teams in their own right.

They have more talent than we thought and have solid fundamentals. Doing what you are supposed to do on the field will win you a lot of games.

As a conference we got away from being really sound across the board and started relying on talent. Well now other conferences can buy talent too. Time to work on the basics.

Miami is probably the most talented team left. That said, I'm not sure they're more talented than UGA. Ole Miss will have their hands full but I think we have a coaching edge and I legitimately believe we have the best offense in the country.
