Vandy's offense seemed overwhelmed in the first quarter

Iowas DC is elite. Always has been .

But hes joined at the hip to the HC so he will forever be a hawkeye.

You’re just a child with DS. These bowls mean nothing. Vandy is pissed they didn’t get in the playoff, Iowa is trying to prove a point. Vandy will win this game but after a month off. Who is surprised both teams look sluggish with very little motivation.

Don’t be surprised is Oregon, Indiana and Others look the same way.

Like last year all 1 seed teams lost

If Vandy didn't give a shite, Pavia would absolutely not be playing

Vandy really looks like they want to be in this game.

Bad publicity is still publicity. He can’t sit out. He has to find a way to redeem himself for the jackass post after the hiesman. Winning against Iowa, starts his AA recovery

Checks out according to FEI.

Alabama's defense is rated about the same, they only scored 14.

The first drive they scored a TD, and then later in the game they scored on a short field.

He doesn’t have the TE to bail him out all afternoon.

Stowers’ draft stock is skyrocketing right now. He made a Heisman finalist.

They had the 2nd easiest schedule in the SEC, so they didn't play many of the tougher teams. Alabama and Texas they played and lost to both. They beat Mizzou and Tennessee.

Vandy is also missing Eli Stowers, their TE and leading receiver.

If your TE is your leading receiver that makes them a huge part of your offense. It's pretty clear Iowa is feasting on his absence.

The size of the lines is a huge difference. Iowa has 40 year old farmers on those lines
