The cheap boosters have the fanbase realizing the con job we’ve become. It’s also being realized in basketball too with the average roster getting blown out by any elite team it faces.
We legitimately might go 3-9 or 4-8 next season the way things are headed. We’re on the brink of having 35+ players hit the portal. The offensive line is completely decimated with transfers and the portal is notorious for not having good offensive lineman.
The few sunshine pumpers that are left think Golesh is going to take a bunch of 3 stars in the transfer portal and “Cignetti” the roster and actually compete in the SEC.
Enjoy it, rival fans, this is rock bottom.

While it’s easy to say frick Auburn, I know many good Auburn fans who I do hate it for.
It’s not going to get any better.

Not all attrition is bad, Arnold being a case in point. You save money there.
I’m really not surprised Coleman is leaving. He’s a quality receiver and can negotiate a deal with a top program with a good QB. This is IMO a good thing, you can use the money you’d pay him for a better foundation.
I’d be much more concerned with QB. If the QB follows your coach, can you keep Deuce? Keeping him i think is a much higher priority.

At least you've got all those extra national championships to hang your hat on now.

5 losing seasons in a row. I mean how much lower can you go?

It doesn’t matter at this point if we had Cam Newton back there. The rest of the roster is going to be completely below average because of how cheap we are.
Auburn is the new SEC version of Nebraska.

Cam Newton won a National Championship on a team that had 2 players on the entire roster who were drafted prior to Round 3, and he was one of them.
That team, outside of Cam and Fairley, was arse cheeks.

At some point this season every team/fan has complained about their offensive line so it’s not just Auburn.
The lack of development in high school is alarming as most high star recruits just physical specimen their way through high school with no actual technique

That offense worked so well because the offensive line was a very good veteran group. It was one of the best offensive lines in the last 25 years at Auburn. Darvin Adams was an awesome college receiver. Michael Dyer and Onterio McCalebb were a very good RB duo.
