Let the BCS computers decide the rankings. It is that simple

Its amazing that the committee doesnt see the revenue they are losing by keeping teams like Notre Dame and Texas out while putting Tulane and JMU in.....not to mention the obvious disparity in talent.

Great point... Texas and ND would have brought in huge audience.

Why should they be embarrassed? The by laws every conference agreed to were the top 5 conference champs.

A Sunbelt team or any G5 should see their conference championship as their ultimate prize. Absolutely nothing wrong with that.

Take the top 12 based on BCS rankings and let the committee seed those 12 at the end.

It’s silly, it’s basically a top 6 bye, except 5-6 get the advantage of a tune-up game, and the money that comes with an extra nationally televised home game.

What a fricking miserable idea this is.

I’m not even watching. The Tulane crap was bad enough and turned off. Games today all kind of sucked.

This is what the final BCS computers came up with:

1. IU
2. Ohio St
3. UGA
4. Oregon
5. Ole Miss
6. Texas Tech
7. A&M
8. OU
9. ND
10. Bama
10. BYU (same computer average as Bama)
12. Texas

15. Miami
18. Tulane
25. James Madison

It wasn't the committee. They didn't make the rules. The committee actually got it right within the rules they were given. Ala-OU and Miami-aTm were good games.
