Don't think he's missed one since being booed. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I’m happy for him after what happened in the regular season vs. OU. He bounced back.

Our punter is really frustrating and he takes forever to get the ball off. I used to do the job and when a team is pinned back like Oklahoma was for a good while, you have to get the kicks off. I’d rather him kick end over end than try to hang time it, he doesn’t have a natural kicking motion.

Agreed. Got to give him his flowers and more.

Same with Cole Adams. Dude may not be a demon on the return part but doesn’t have much blocking frequently. But those hands are golden.

Blake Doud on the other hand sheesh.

I hated hearing the boos when he walked on the field at Bryant Denny. If he misses a kick, fine boo him, but not when he comes out to kick another one.

Oklahoma's All-American missed two and Talty nailed his.

Right now….best kicker in CFB playoffs.

Miami kicker is 1/4. TAMU kicker is 1/2. OU kicker 1/3.

That wind is brutal in College Station. But they aren’t helping themselves.

sadly, if talty were to try to punt, he'd end up pulling terry grant's hamstring

You are right, but I you may be wrong on the reason.

According to the TV broadcast in the Auburn, Bama changed snappers for FG attempts after the booing game. They made the statement that the guy snapping for FGs was new but the staff “still had confidence” and the other guy to snap for punts.

The snaps had been erratic and seemed to be really messing up the holder/kicker timing. TV I pointed that out on one of his misses earlier as well.

It’s TV, which isn’t exactly known for accuracy and I don’t pay enough attention to know, but if that is the case it could explain a lot.
