Game will be in Nashville. Cancellations by other schools has left Ole Miss scrambling to find P4 opponents. Kudos to Louisville for coming through.

I like it, need more games like this to determine strength of conference.

I think you are going to see more of these neutral site games in NFL cities to replace bowl games.
Ole Miss-Louisville Labor Day Weekend will bring more people and $$$ to Nashville than the Music City Bowl in late December.

Georgia canceling our home game really fricked us over. Good replacement though. I always prefer playing a tough game in the opener vs some directional school. I'm not a fan though of neutral site games. Wish this were a true home and home series
Props to Ole Miss for agreeing to this.

Last time I was at the Music City Bowl, a front came through literally on the walk to the stadium. That was a cold arse night on the north side of the stadium.

I'm far from the largest defender of Atlanta, but Nashville is worse.

I was there last time we played. Got down to 0 fricking degrees in Nashville. Combined with being New Year’s Eve and it was still crowded everywhere it was pretty damn miserable

We played them in ATL and beat their arse. Can't believe that was over 4 years now. Time flies.

I heard they want the game in Sunday 9/6 so they can borrow LSU’s offensive coaches one last time

Golding era starts with the same OOC opponent as the Kiffin era (no OOC in 2020)

Why did UGA cancel?

So with 9 game SEC Conference is UGA just going to play GT as P4 and never schedule anyone else?
Its smart and I don't blame ya.

I don't blame anyone who has a longstanding OOC rival for keeping that as their 10th P4 game instead of something random like Boston College vs. Kentucky.
