Anyone who knows, knows that last year was an anomaly.

There are some awesome basketball teams (Arizona, Duke, Michigan, etc) floating around this year. Bama and Florida are probably the SEC's two best bets to make any noise in March.

Our season outlook is the same as always. If we are hot, we win, or at least are in the game.

If we are not… we better hurry the clock up.

Isn’t Kansas top 20 in the country and just got their best player back?

Sucks to lose by 20, but let’s not pretend that’s some horrific loss.

Texas A&M had literally ONE player on the roster in April when Bucky McMillan took over after Buzz left … sophomore walk-on forward Chris McDermott. Bucky has had to do a complete roster rebuild at a time when most players were already spoken for.

It’s a monster mountain to climb, and I’m surprised we’ve won a single game, to be honest. This year is going to be a “character builder” for the Ags.

Arkansas has a lot of talent this year, and so does Kentucky. We will see who can round into form as the season goes along, but we are off to a slow start this season for sure. Last season was insanely good.

I had high hopes for the Vols after the win over Houston, but then we got pushed around by Kansas, Syracuse and Illinois. I was at the Illinois game Saturday. Ament is nowhere near the 5 star he was projected as. He is ultra soft and a physical team takes him out of the equation.

0-10 SC State
0-7 Albany

Paris 2-16 in league play last year and on a collision course with 0-18 this season -

We are embarrassingly terrible. It’s almost like Jan’s had to begin practices this year with “this gentlemen.. is a basketball. Notice it will fit through that big orange ring with a net on it…”.

A crucial inbounds play at the end of the SF game was flipped right to the opponent and he promptly slammed the pitch right in the inbounder’s face.

If you give me an O/U on 5 conference wins right now I would take the under.

Arkansas is uneven but we tend to turn it on in the post season. I could easily see a Sweet 16 run or deeper. Or we could collapse in our first round game.

Kentucky is having all sorts of trouble this season. I'm not saying the Fat Lady is singing over Pope's career at Kentucky but there is a large woman warming up just off stage.

They still do this? I've been wanting to make a baseball thread since football and basketball are winding down.
