Forget the low score of 9-6. There's a reason that score was so low, and it wasn't because of bad offenses.

I went to LSU in 2011 as a non-LSU fan, and first 2 months wasn’t a real fan. That game changed my fandom in an instant and been hooked ever since. I went to Tuscaloosa, but was too poor for a ticket so watched from my bama friend dorm. After we were picking so many fights with Bama fans. Their bar strip shut down. That was the difference btw LSU and them is even when LSU loses, Bogies and Freds are always packed with thousands of people in their extended tents. They just mourn at home after.

LSU fans are down voting ..but the rest of us know. You know good games have offensive touchdowns..right? You could argue 9-6 was the best defensive game ever without argument...but neither offense was good.

The talent in that game was extraordinary. Same with 2019. Freakish talent in one college game.

I've been watching college ball for 5 decades and that is still the most intense game I've ever seen.

Curious how you came to this conclusion with 2017 Bama team allowing 80more yards per game than 2011 team
