Per Nathan. No word on official title.
Golesh told the players they would know their position coaches within the next 24-48 hours.

Golesh is expected to meet with him shortly, not sure if that means today or tomorrow.

Not sure I am excited about Kodi returning...depends on what he is doing...

He has to bring some folks that know his system.

Probably WR coach
Yeah was the co-OC (pass game coordinator)/WR/Associate head coach at USF with Golesh. Apparently Golesh likes him enough to give him all those titles that, im sure, come with some sort of pay raise.
The OL coach is really young but has worked for Golesh at UTk and USF so I suspect he is coming too.

I see no reason to retain our offensive staff

He was Co-OC/WRC last time our team had a pulse in 2017 and 2019.

I don’t see Kodi as just an ex Auburn player. He’s been around other programs, had a stint in the NFL. He seems respected enough…I like it.

I have a good friend who is a retired high school coach in Georgia. He worked with my business for a few years when I was still in Georgia. He said that when he was at Buford, they did a workshop in Auburn when Gus was there. They did not spend a lot of time with Gus but they spent most of the day with Kodi. He said Kodi was incredibly knowledgeable about the offense and was one of the sharpest assistants they have ever met with.

Played multiple positions in the SEC and has a ton of experience coaching despite being young. I do not really care if he is an alum or not, he is qualified to be on the staff.

Another retread former AU player that lost his position at QB, was mediocre at WR, lost his job on AU’s coaching staff and yet here he is again… this is why AU will never be taken serious by anyone
