Like say Alabama, Texas, or Michigan have a vacancy and come calling?

Maybe... maybe not.

I can see him making the jump for the NFL if he’s successful here 100% but he ain’t jumping to Bama or Texas if he’s busy winning titles here. Why would he?

LSU is a blueblood. Top 5 college job

You are a second rate SEC team at best

LSU may not be a traditional blueblood but they are up there at the top. Top 7-8 job in the country. I dont count USCwest in a top 7-8 job anymore due to the cost of living and the shithole place I call LA. You would have to want to live there because you grew up there or played there.
Top 7-8 jobs
Bama
UM
LSU
OSU
UGA
UF-cuz they are SEC
PSU-close to not being there
Oregon
Random list I threw together.

LSU is a unanimous top 5 national HC job. Some of you really are going to pieces over this Kiffin to LSU news.

Nah Lane listens to his buddy Nick Saban and Nick said leaving LSU was the biggest mistake of his career

We’ve won more ships than 2 of those 3 teams in the last 20 years…

Kiffin will definitely leave LSU at some point.
Whether I is fired for not winning the SEC on the first 3 seasons or it's leaving for the NFL after winning big at LSU.
One thing is certain, he won't stay there for decades and retire there.

Some of y’all are legitimately retarded to the extent you don’t need to be able to vote or drive or own sharp objects.

Yep the only programs I’d rank ahead of LSU if all 5 roles were open at the same time would be:
Ohio State
Georgia
Texas
Bama
Then LSU, Michigan, Florida, Penn State, and Oregon. After that it’s Southern Cal, Notre Dame, and Tennessee.

This not about historic bluebloods. This is about a job tier and LSU is at the summit with the best.
Lane said he wants to coach somewhere championships and heismans are won and LSU is one of those places.

You in particular are having a hard time with this.

If Alabama is open in two to three years he'd bolt. He wants to be a part of the championship coaches in the Bryant museum. He also desires a statue outside of Bryant Denny.
