First, you guys watch Ty’s interview? That guy would give his non-throwing arm for a win. Dude loves Alabama, got beat up tonight and fought back (and didn’t turn it over).

Secondly, AU had two stupid long plays (one on a busted play and the other on poor tackling) that made this game closer than it should have been. Take one of those away and it’s not as close at the end.

That’s why we shouldn’t let these teams hang around. OU basically had one big play and the rest of their points came from having great field position.

Eh our defense was pretty bad. We just still can't defend a true dual threat well. Our plan was just bad. Mush rush with 3 dts who could never contain him anyway and our secondary was not playing well at times

Auburn also blew a lot of plays though. That wasn’t a good performance, but all that matters when we go down there is winning.

In 2021 we looked hapless down there, and turned around and blew out a much better UGA team than this year’s squad.

Our defense was great minus a couple missed tackles that led big plays.

We forced 4 fumbles and had 1 INT.

Auburn had three weeks to prepare for this game. They laid it all on the line. They have talent on their team and would likely have a better record with Daniels starting every game this season.

The play on 4th and 2 was a sack like Saban on the onside against Clemson. Just massive Sack.

And they've lost like 6 one score games. They're much better than their record.

Okay that werent bad. That's unfair. They made some good plays. But on a down to down basis they didn't seem very effective. Auburn was moving at will in the 2nd half.

Disagree but the defense was tired because Ty couldn’t maintain drives. It’s hard for them to be effective when they’re on the field for a majority of the plays.

Someone mentioned a week or so ago that Ty hurt his back. During the game they showed him on the bench getting a stimulator to his back. I am starting to wonder if it is affecting his throwing. Lower back issues can limit mobility.

Hats off to them both. Much better UA teams led by the GOAT have gone to AU and had similar issues winning a game, oftentimes against far inferior teams.

Mincey either picks off that pass or makes the tackle two plays later we may not have been sweating this one.

He had room to run also if he grabs that pick.

It’s like people forget all the issues and losses Saban had at Auburn and to some bad Auburn teams at that.

I don’t think Saban ever lost to a bad Auburn team down there. Had some close calls with bad ones, but I think every loss was to a top 25 Auburn team. And a couple were top 10.

He lost more than he should have at Auburn and always had the better team.

All I said was they were never bad Auburn teams. Which they weren’t.
