There is a reason that everything bland is said to "taste like chicken."
Gotta go with Piggy over 'horn. Longhorn meat is stringy, with no appreciable marbling. Pork sausage is usually reliable, even if it comes from a wild pig.

Chinese food is delicious. So that excludes only the Vanderbilt Commodores from the conversation.

Not true I ve had both, snake is definitely eat it to say you have. Not tough but very dense meat. Made for undesirable texture to bite into didn’t care for it. Gator doesnt taste like chicken but it has a mild flavor like that doesnt overpower so like chicken it needs seasoning and most choose the same seasoning they use to fry chicken. but gator is way more tender/moist when fried, basically live brined lol. But yeah gator is a treat.

You guys haven't lived until you've had snow leopard tofu with leatherback turtle gravy paired with with an apple martini on the side that was handcrafted using apples from the exact tree Eve picked from.
