Based on team stats and guessing, I think Dawgs score 38 to 45 points vs Tech 27 to 31. Do Tech players want to play 4 quarters, or do they want to get ready for portal. We know Dawgs will play 60 minutes with all on the line. Last year will keep Dawgs focused and ready.

My prediction is that it will look and feel like the Kentucky game. 35-14 or 41-21.

45 would surprise me, I would be very (happily) surprised if we score that much. I can see a 30-something to 20-something kinda thing.

I cant see GT putting up over 21pts on our D, not they way they are playing

I simply hope that we come out with the intention of destroying their weak defense. Scoring 21 to 28 points in the first half should do the trick.
Tech will score some but I think that our defense makes enough stops to be able to pull away in the 3rd quarter.

They’re gonna be riverboat gambling on 4th downs and probably special teams, IMO. I can see them extending at least one scoring drive by way of that.

The way they played TX - who basically gave up in the run - will be way different from GT. I expect less hair on fire and more discipline at the line. Don’t be disappointed if we don’t have multiple dudes back in Kings face.

My thoughts exactly. This is not last year's Tech team, and our D has been gaining confidence and playing like Ds of the past years. They might hang for a half, but I think the Dawgs end up blowing them out.

Do we really know? Seems there have been more games than not this season where they didn’t really play the full 60 minutes. Lucky to have only one loss, but I’ll take luck.

Their defense is warm arse at best but like I said before… prepare for them to look like a Kirby smart era bama defense.

There's just no telling how this game will go. Big time rivalry with the last 2 games too close for comfort? My guess is it's a close game. Maybe something like 34-27. Dawgs

Tech’s defense is 106th in the nation playing in a weak conference. We have the #5 run D playing in the best conference. Unlike last season, we can successfully run the ball, we have a mobile QB who is a winner, and our receivers are catching the ball.

Agreed. Their horseshoe against us should be slap empty after hanging rough last year like they did.
