That they never honor their contracts.

Not sure why someone would leave a sure thing for guaranteed court battle.

I mean when you violate a contract early on there are lawful legs to stand on when you field teams that aren’t up to the standard of the school paying you big money.

Losing games doesn't violate a contract, unless the contract says the coach has to win a certain number of games.
